CAR dealer, Matthew Musengezi, yesterday spent the night in custody in a case in which he is being charged of culpable homicide. Musengezi, who is also a well known socialite in Harare, is said to have been on the run since 2021. He appeared in the traffic court yesterday, charged with culpable homicide, failure to stop after a fatal accident, failure to safeguard a corpse after an accident and failure to report an accident within 24 hours. He is back in court today for the continuation of his bail application after he was remanded in custody yesterday.
