ZRP have arrested three suspects linked to the murder of Sergeant Abel Masava and a series of armed robbery cases in Bulawayo. Here are the key Developments:
Murder & Robbery Arrests:
- Mandlenkosi Albert Munangati (26), Clifford Desmond Nare (33), and Thabo Dube (24) were arrested for the March 28, 2025 murder of Sergeant Abel Masava.
- The murder weapon was recovered.
- They were linked to a spree of armed robberies from April 22, 2024, to March 28, 2025.
Shootout & Deaths:
- Two suspects, Sipho Ncube (24) and Dumisani Ndlovu (32), tried to escape and engaged in a shootout with police on Harrow Street, Bulawayo.
- They were taken to United Bulawayo Hospitals, where they died upon admission.

Linked to 25 armed robbery cases, including:
