So far 7 people have been bitten, with no recourse. The SPCA intervened after they had bitten 3 people and took the dogs away but they were returned. Now 4 more people have been bitten with currently in critical condition at Sally Mugabe Hospital. The owner of the dogs Mr Godfrey Chagwiza is refusing to help with medical care, he even boasts that, even if we report him, he is connected to the highest office.
