BAZ reminds all content creators and broadcasters that all digital content consumed within Zimbabwe is subject to the Constitution and national laws, regardless of platform. The High Court has dismissed an application by jailed businessmen Mike Chimombe and Moses Mpofu seeking leave to appeal against their convictions and sentences.
