Maxwell Chikumbutso Mota Idzo Ndedzelu China Obatwa Arikunyepera Vanhu

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 maxwell newe 6 na 9 munonotora zvinhu ku china moisa ma brand name enyu moisa price🤣🤣dude ordered those items online n got them delivered in zimbabwe…n spent the day with the president achivakanga hake ne manyepo😆😆😆😆On this matter, take whatever this guy is saying seriously bcz he knows ,he meant to say it's the same as his MH products that are made in China then he puts a loggo and sell a simple thing for $100+Mnangagwa uses Fake Inventor Maxwell Chikumbutso

At a time when Emmerson Mnangagwa has been denounced by uniformed soldiers as of Monday, he has suddenly popped back at work, to collaborate his own units who are undercover characters; and the ZBC channel, late Tuesday reported one Maxwell Chikumbutso, a character synonymous with sudden death of prominent people.

Mnangagwa paraded Chikumbutso at State House as an inventor of an electric car and a motorbike, both ‘that run forever without any fuel.’ Chikumbutso uses his said inventions to project Mnangagwa as a promoter of science and development. The car Chikumbutso presents could be put into immediate use as an ambulance or a rescue vehicle to travel around the country forever without petrol or diesel cost; but it is really a fake invention. A short search reveals the two are actually on sale second hand on Chinese websites, and Chikumbutso simply placated his logo onto them soon after an explosive ZimEye interview revealed Chikumbutso has not even invented a toothpick in his lifetime. (See interview link below).

Chikumbutso has been grilled by ZimEye over the sudden death of prominent people that happened soon after he had popped up in public in the same way he has done today, posing as an inventor. One of the people who died suspiciously is Marry Chiwenga’s cousin, Genius Kadungure, who Chikumbutso had befriended a few weeks before .

ZimEye investigations reveal Chikumbutso is an undercover army unit member of Mnangagwa’s, one of whom is doubtlessly needed at a time when scores of civil servants have disowned Mnangagwa.

A leading researcher in the US, Bvumavaranda Technocrat, went further to show that the same car Chikumbutso is boasting of investing does not qualify as an electric vehicle.

“This is Chikumbutso’s so-called free-energy car. If you believe this pathetic contraption is what Tesla had in mind, you are a certified dununu….,” wrote Bvumavaranda.

An electrical engineer Wilbert Mukori said Chikumbutso’s claim that he has invented something that violates the laws of thermodynamics is a farce.

“Chikumbutso is saying he is using radio waves; but radio waves do not have much energy in them; for you to be able to capture enough energy to drive a vehicle that is even more challenging. You cannot get energy from nothing. You cannot convert it from one form to another… you are defying the laws of thermodynamics,” said Mukori.

Over 6 different international media companies have fact checked and concluded that Chikumbutso is a scammer.

The development tells a dark story of how while Mnangagwa’s deputy Chiwenga can boast of support from uniformed forces, Mnangagwa is likely to be stronger because he uses undercover military personnel. (A separate investigation was done in 2022 exposing other characters.)

The development will also paint a story over certain people who have entered Chiwenga’s circle of trust in recent years; at a time when certain state security officers created an atmosphere

of accusations that led to Chiwenga subjecting his ex wife Marry to denial of treatment, and choosing to trust someone else. INTERVIEW EXCERPT – https://www.facebook.com/share/v/19oSBtU3TL/?mibextid=wwXIfr

DUI Defense Lawyer: Common Legal Defenses in Drunk Driving Cases

rnrn

A DUI arrest is not the same as a conviction. Prosecutors must prove the case, and the defense has the right to challenge the evidence.

rnrn

A DUI defense lawyer looks for legal, factual, and technical problems in the government’s case.

rnrn

Every DUI case is different. Some defenses focus on the traffic stop. Others focus on field sobriety tests, chemical testing, officer procedure, or whether the person was actually impaired.

rnrn

Defense 1: Illegal Traffic Stop

rnrn

Police usually need a legal reason to stop a driver.

rnrn

Possible stop reasons include:

rnrn

Speeding
rnSwerving
rnRunning a red light
rnExpired tag
rnEquipment violation
rnAccident investigation
rnReasonable suspicion of impaired driving

rnrn

If the stop was not legally justified, evidence gathered after the stop may be challenged.

rnrn

Defense 2: No Probable Cause for Arrest

rnrn

Even if the stop was legal, the officer must have enough evidence to make a DUI arrest.

rnrn

A lawyer may review:

rnrn

Driving behavior
rnOfficer observations
rnSpeech
rnBalance
rnOdor of alcohol
rnField sobriety tests
rnStatements
rnVideo evidence
rnMedical conditions

rnrn

If probable cause was weak, the arrest may be challenged.

rnrn

Defense 3: Field Sobriety Test Problems

rnrn

Field sobriety tests are not always reliable.

rnrn

A person may perform poorly because of:

rnrn

Medical conditions
rnAnxiety
rnFatigue
rnAge
rnInjury
rnPoor footwear
rnUneven ground
rnWeather
rnBad instructions
rnLanguage barriers

rnrn

A DUI lawyer may compare the officer’s report to body camera or dash camera video.

rnrn

Defense 4: Breath Test Issues

rnrn

Breath testing can be challenged if the machine or procedure was flawed.

rnrn

Potential issues include:

rnrn

Improper calibration
rnLack of maintenance
rnOfficer certification problems
rnMouth alcohol
rnVomiting or burping before test
rnMedical conditions
rnImproper observation period
rnRadio frequency interference claims
rnTesting outside required time windows

rnrn

A breath result is only as strong as the procedure behind it.

rnrn

Defense 5: Blood Test Problems

rnrn

Blood tests may be challenged based on:

rnrn

Improper blood draw
rnContamination
rnChain of custody
rnStorage problems
rnLab errors
rnFermentation
rnTesting delays
rnDocumentation gaps
rnQualified person requirements

rnrn

A lawyer may request lab records and review whether the sample was handled properly.

rnrn

Defense 6: Rising Blood Alcohol

rnrn

A rising blood alcohol defense argues that the person’s BAC was lower while driving and rose by the time of testing.

rnrn

This may be relevant when there is a delay between the stop and the chemical test.

rnrn

The defense depends on drinking timeline, food intake, body weight, test timing, and expert analysis.

rnrn

Defense 7: Medical Conditions

rnrn

Some medical conditions can affect DUI evidence.

rnrn

Examples may include:

rnrn

Diabetes
rnAcid reflux
rnNeurological disorders
rnBalance disorders
rnEye conditions
rnInjuries
rnFatigue
rnAnxiety
rnMedication side effects

rnrn

A medical issue does not automatically defeat a DUI charge, but it may explain certain observations.

rnrn

Defense 8: Not Actually Driving

rnrn

Some cases involve people found in parked vehicles.

rnrn

Legal issues may include:

rnrn

Was the person driving?
rnWas the engine on?
rnWhere were the keys?
rnWas the vehicle operable?
rnWas the person sleeping?
rnDid anyone witness driving?

rnrn

State laws vary on what counts as driving or actual physical control.

rnrn

Defense 9: Police Report vs. Video Evidence

rnrn

Police reports sometimes make a case look stronger than video shows.

rnrn

A DUI lawyer may review:

rnrn

Body camera footage
rnDash camera footage
rnBooking video
rnRoadside testing video
rnAudio recordings
rnJail observation video

rnrn

Video can confirm or contradict officer claims.

rnrn

Defense 10: Constitutional Violations

rnrn

A DUI case may involve constitutional issues such as:

rnrn

Unlawful stop
rnUnlawful search
rnImproper questioning
rnViolation of rights
rnImproper detention
rnLack of warrant where required

rnrn

A lawyer may file motions to suppress evidence if legal rights were violated.

rnrn

Final Thoughts

rnrn

A DUI defense lawyer does not rely on one-size-fits-all arguments. The defense depends on the evidence.

rnrn

Traffic stop, arrest procedure, field sobriety testing, chemical testing, video evidence, and constitutional issues all matter.

rnrn

If you are charged with DUI, get the evidence reviewed before deciding what to do next.

rnrn

Medical Malpractice Lawyer: When a Medical Mistake May Become a Legal Claim

rnrn

Medical care does not always lead to the result a patient hopes for. But a bad outcome is not automatically medical malpractice.

rnrn

Medical malpractice usually involves a health care provider failing to meet the accepted standard of care, causing injury or harm.

rnrn

These cases are complex, expensive, and heavily defended. That is why people often need a medical malpractice lawyer to evaluate whether a claim exists.

rnrn

What Is Medical Malpractice?

rnrn

Medical malpractice may happen when a doctor, nurse, hospital, surgeon, pharmacist, or other provider acts negligently and causes harm.

rnrn

Examples may include:

rnrn

Surgical errors
rnDelayed diagnosis
rnMisdiagnosis
rnMedication mistakes
rnBirth injuries
rnAnesthesia errors
rnFailure to monitor
rnFailure to order proper tests
rnEmergency room mistakes
rnHospital-acquired complications
rnFailure to obtain informed consent

rnrn

Not every mistake becomes a lawsuit. The mistake must usually cause legally recognized harm.

rnrn

What Must Be Proven?

rnrn

A medical malpractice claim often requires proof of:

rnrn

Provider-patient relationship
rnApplicable medical standard of care
rnBreach of that standard
rnCausation
rnDamages

rnrn

In many cases, expert medical testimony is required.

rnrn

Why Medical Malpractice Cases Are Hard

rnrn

Medical malpractice cases are difficult because:

rnrn

Medicine is complex
rnBad outcomes can happen without negligence
rnExpert witnesses may be needed
rnHospitals fight claims aggressively
rnMedical records are technical
rnState laws may require special procedures
rnDeadlines can be shorter than other injury claims

rnrn

Some states require certificates, affidavits, or expert reports before or soon after filing.

rnrn

Common Medical Malpractice Claims

rnrn

Misdiagnosis or Delayed Diagnosis

rnrn

A patient may claim the provider failed to diagnose a condition that another reasonably careful provider would have identified.

rnrn

Surgical Error

rnrn

This may involve wrong-site surgery, retained objects, nerve injury, or avoidable complications.

rnrn

Medication Error

rnrn

Medication mistakes may involve wrong drug, wrong dose, dangerous interactions, or failure to review allergies.

rnrn

Birth Injury

rnrn

Birth injury cases may involve harm to the baby or mother during pregnancy, labor, delivery, or post-delivery care.

rnrn

Failure to Monitor

rnrn

Hospitals and providers may be responsible if they fail to monitor a patient after surgery, medication, or emergency treatment.

rnrn

What Evidence Matters?

rnrn

Evidence may include:

rnrn

Medical records
rnTest results
rnImaging
rnPrescription records
rnHospital notes
rnDischarge instructions
rnSecond opinions
rnExpert reviews
rnTimeline of symptoms
rnBills
rnLost wage records
rnPhotos
rnCommunication with providers

rnrn

Medical records are critical. A lawyer can help obtain and review them.

rnrn

When Should You Contact a Medical Malpractice Lawyer?

rnrn

Consider legal help if:

rnrn

A provider’s error caused serious injury
rnA diagnosis was dangerously delayed
rnSurgery went wrong
rnMedication caused severe harm
rnA baby was injured during birth
rnA loved one died unexpectedly after medical care
rnA hospital refuses to answer questions
rnAnother doctor said something went wrong
rnYou suffered permanent harm

rnrn

Because deadlines may be strict, do not delay.

rnrn

What Compensation May Be Available?

rnrn

Depending on state law and the facts, damages may include:

rnrn

Medical bills
rnFuture medical care
rnLost wages
rnLoss of earning capacity
rnPain and suffering
rnDisability
rnHome care
rnRehabilitation
rnWrongful death damages

rnrn

Some states limit certain damages in medical malpractice cases.

rnrn

Final Thoughts

rnrn

A medical malpractice lawyer can help determine whether a bad medical outcome was caused by negligence.

rnrn

These cases require careful review, medical evidence, expert support, and legal strategy.

rnrn

If you believe a medical mistake caused s
