Despite her busy, fully booked and soaring career, Zodwa Wabantu  still has it in her to dedicate some time to her books. The controversial entertainer, dancer and socialite has enrolled at the Star Quality Performing Arts College.

Ever since making her big move to the city of Gold Zodwa could not be more excited for what her future brings. The businesswoman is not one to cage and limit herself, as we have seen that countless times. She is looking to add 'actress' to her long list of talents and in order to polish her skills, she will be taking it back to school.

In a video shared on her Instagram, Zodwa excitement is very evident as she is about to embark on a new journey. The businesswoman admits that she never got the opportunity to go to school, so she is super honored to be given the opportunity to do so.

Media personality and co-founder of the Star Quality Performing Arts College Miranda Ntshangase personally handed their new enrollee a graduation gown, congratulating her for the bold decision she made.

"Zodwa, we want to officially welcome you to the Star Quality family and the Star Quality Performing Arts College, as well, we wanted to officially give you the garb, so you can wear it and be beautiful," said Miranda.

An ecstatic Zodwa then thanked the musician and promised to do her best so she can officially wear the gown.

The college was founded by the actress as well as musician together with actress Zinzi Zungu. According to their website they cater for all ages starting from the early teens to adults, age is not barrier.

"Star Quality represents children, teens and adults for television films commercials, voice overs and theatre. One of the objectives of SQ is to nurture their own talent, thus the two ladies have established the SQ actors workshop, which gives training to aspiring artists," reads the website.

Zodwa was not joking when she said she is chasing the money by moving to Johannesburg. On Instagram she shared a video of herself captioned with, “I’m Moving to Johannesburg for Good. Welcome me with Businesses & Money”. In the video itself, she went on explain that the main thing she is after is money, and encourages all of her fans to put their best foot forward, and afford her with opportunities to secure the bag. Small Business Insurance Checklist: Coverage to Compare

Small business insurance is one of those expenses many owners do not think about until a contract, landlord, lender, or unexpected claim forces the conversation. The problem is that buying coverage in a rush can lead to gaps, duplicate policies, or limits that look affordable but do not match the real risk of the business. A better approach is to understand the major coverage types, compare quotes carefully, and ask the right questions before signing.

A good business insurance plan starts with general liability coverage. This is the policy many clients and property managers request first because it can help cover claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and certain advertising-related issues. For example, if a customer slips inside a store, or a contractor accidentally damages a client's property, general liability may help with legal defense costs and covered settlements. The exact protection depends on the policy language, limits, exclusions, and state rules.

Many businesses also need commercial property insurance. This can protect buildings, equipment, inventory, furniture, tools, signage, computers, and other business property against covered events. A home-based business should not assume a homeowners policy automatically protects business equipment or customer-related activity. If you work from home, ask the insurer how business property and business liability are handled.

A business owners policy, often called a BOP, can package general liability and property coverage into one policy. It is usually designed for smaller companies with standard risk profiles. A BOP can be convenient, but it is not always enough. Restaurants, contractors, transportation companies, medical offices, and technology providers may need extra endorsements or separate policies.

Professional liability insurance is important for businesses that give advice, provide technical services, design solutions, manage accounts, or deliver professional work where a mistake could cost the client money. This coverage is also called errors and omissions insurance. Consultants, IT providers, accountants, real estate professionals, marketing agencies, engineers, and financial professionals often review this coverage because general liability may not cover professional mistakes.

Workers compensation is another major area. If a business has employees, state law may require workers compensation coverage. It can help pay covered medical costs and lost wages when an employee is injured on the job. Even if your state rules are limited for very small businesses, clients may still require proof of coverage before allowing your team on site.

Cyber liability insurance has become more important because even small businesses store customer records, accept online payments, use email, and depend on cloud platforms. A cyber policy may help with incident response, legal costs, customer notification, data recovery, business interruption, ransomware response, and regulatory issues. Coverage varies widely, so ask what counts as a covered cyber event and whether social engineering, wire transfer fraud, and business email compromise are included.

Commercial auto insurance is necessary when vehicles are used for business. A personal auto policy may not cover business driving, especially deliveries, transporting equipment, or employee use. If employees use their own cars for company errands, ask about hired and non-owned auto coverage.

Global Cost of Living Crisis: How Families Around the World Are Adapting to Rising Prices

The rising cost of living continues to affect millions of families across the world as inflation, housing costs, and food prices place pressure on household budgets. From the United States and Canada to Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom, and Australia, many people are searching for ways to manage increasing expenses while maintaining financial stability.

One of the biggest challenges facing households is the rising cost of food and transportation. Fuel price increases have affected supply chains globally, leading to higher prices for groceries, public transport, and imported goods. Families in both developed and developing countries are adjusting spending habits by reducing unnecessary purchases, cooking meals at home, and seeking additional income opportunities online.

Housing affordability has also become a major issue in many cities around the world. Rent prices and mortgage costs continue to rise as demand for housing outpaces supply. Young adults and middle-income families are finding it increasingly difficult to purchase homes or secure affordable rental properties. Financial experts recommend budgeting carefully, improving credit scores, and comparing loan options before making major financial commitments.

The global job market is also evolving as more people seek remote work opportunities and digital income streams. Freelancing, online businesses, content creation, and remote technology jobs are becoming popular alternatives for individuals seeking financial flexibility. In countries across Africa, mobile technology and digital payments are helping entrepreneurs build businesses and reach customers internationally.

Financial literacy has become more important than ever during the economic slowdown. Experts encourage individuals to create emergency savings funds, reduce high-interest debt, and avoid unnecessary financial risks. Many banks and financial institutions are also offering budgeting tools and savings programs designed to help consumers manage expenses more effectively.

Technology is playing a major role in helping people adapt to economic pressures. Price comparison apps, digital banking services, and online marketplaces are helping consumers save money and access more affordable products. Social media platforms are also being used to share financial advice, business ideas, and money-saving strategies across different countries and communities.

Despite current economic challenges, analysts believe innovation and entrepreneurship will continue driving growth opportunities in emerging markets. African economies in particular are experiencing increased investment in technology, renewable energy, and digital commerce. Young entrepreneurs across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Zimbabwe, and South Africa are building businesses that reach global audiences through online platforms.

Economists predict that inflation and living costs may remain a major topic worldwide throughout the coming years. However, experts believe individuals who focus on financial planning, digital skills, and long-term investment strategies will be better positioned to navigate future economic uncertainty successfully.
