Tytan Oyendeswa Ku Court Mushure Mekubhinya Mukadzi Ayisenza Pa Company Yemuykadzi Wake Olinda

Tytan apinda pama1 mushure mekunge anyenga mukadzi Aishanda pabasa pemukadzi Wake.

Tytan is being sued by an ex employee at his wife’s workplace over se__xual harrasment.

In her statement the woman says I was taken on by Gain Healthcare as a newly registered manager (registration had to be appled when working, which never finalised). I was not given appropriate inductions and my line manager lived 2 hours away subsequently a lot of messages and phone calls were made to each other due to the nature of the role.

She further said I was told numerous times I was doing a superb job, I have downloaded all messages that reflect this pattern of being told I was a great person and working well. Unfortunately the directors’ husband made sexual advances to me, which I reported to my line manager however, stated that I did not wish for it to go further at the time as they didn’t want to jeopardise my position in the company, this was on a Thursday.

In her narration she further said ,The Monday I was called in to speak to my Director and my position was terminated for the following : apparently, leaving work early, using a beauty salon in work hours, and messaging management too frequently. I asked to provide evidence to defend my self and prove my innocence but was talked over and belittled to the point I was sobbing so much I could not breath. I admit I did go onto write a letter to the manager that stated I felt she was clearly in a bad relationship and as much as l disliked her I would support her as had been in similar positions my self, this I admit was distasteful.

| was then sent an email from a lawyer trying to get me to sign a non disclosure statement around my terminations. I reported the company to CQC and local authority for their treatment and other safeguarding concerns I had, to be told they were already on the radar and I was not the first person to have grievances of this kind.

First Offense DUI Lawyer: What Happens After Your First DUI Arrest?

A first DUI arrest can be frightening, especially if you have never been in trouble before. A first offense DUI lawyer can explain the process and help protect your rights.

rnrn

After an arrest, you may face both criminal court and a license-related administrative process. These are separate issues. Missing a deadline for a license hearing can cause problems even before the court case is resolved.

rnrn

Penalties for a first DUI may include fines, probation, alcohol education, community service, license suspension, ignition interlock, and possible jail time. The outcome depends on state law and the facts of the case.

rnrn

A lawyer may review whether the traffic stop was lawful, whether the officer had probable cause, whether tests were accurate, and whether procedures were followed.

rnrn

In some cases, a first-time offender may qualify for reduced charges, diversion programs, or alternative sentencing. This depends on the court and local law.

rnrn

Do not assume a first DUI is minor. A conviction can stay on your record and affect insurance, employment, and driving privileges.

Getting legal advice early can help you understand your options and avoid mistakes that make the situation worse.
