A day after it’s unveiling, Porovhoka was Number One trending on You Tube for Zimbabwe yesterday.
On Sunday, he assured his fans that he was set to release a song, which does not teach anyone anything and lived to his words on Monday when it was released.
Prior to its release, he had posted on his social media justifying his act to avoid a backlash from fans who normally give celebrities the ‘stick’ when they release half-baked stuff.
He posted:
“This time I want to sing something meaningless, I’m not the first person to do that, many people have become popular with meaningless songs, so tomorrow I want to release the song titled Porovhoka,” he said.
“It’s a meaningless song, it’s not even educational, you are going to learn nothing from the song, and it’s just a festive song for people to dance to. No one will have issues with you, so when someone is partying do not provoke, hence the song is called Porovhoka.”
Despite Jah Prayzah calling his track as a senseless song, its visuals have been embraced by many.
