Realted Story
Dr Clarence suffers battle mental illness
Versatile music and video producer Dr Clarence (real name Clarence Kudzai Patsika) has been under the weather after being diagnosed with high functioning autism – a mental condition applied to people who are deemed to be cognitively “higher functioning” (with an IQ of greater than 70) according to readingroom.mindspec.org.
Showbiz hooked up with the creative producer after getting wind that Dr Clarance had gone bonkers.
The young producer acknowledged that he has been having psychological problems lately.
“Well, yes I have been having psychological problems lately. It’s not mbanje or any other drugs but I just have been having psychological problems,” he conceded.
He also revealed that he had sought medical attention and some psychiatrists submitted that he was suffering from post-traumatic stress.
“Doctors said that it was post-traumatic stress after my father committed suicide in 2008. Then last year I was diagnosed with high functioning autism but I’m doing well,” said Dr Clarance.
After further quizzing, the man who has made several hits said witchcraft might be a cause for his problems.
“Also with my talent and versatility enemies have become too much,” he said making an inference that he might have been bewitched.
Lately Dr Clarance has been acting in an unusual manner and producing odd videos fuelling the speculation that he had lost his marbles.
He has produced incoherent comic skits touching on social issues with his most recent ‘fete of absurdity’ being an open letter to the Rerserve Bank of Zimbabwe Governor Dr John Mangudya challenging him to employ him as a consultant while at the same time accusing bankers of stealing using coded scripts.
The full letter below this article.)
Dr Clarance was born in 1988 and fell in love with dancehall music when he was in Form 2.
“My family was dysfunctional and my father was abusive and irresponsible such that I wore a size 12 shoe in Form 2. This forced me to adopt the rasta culture of carefree people and I started singing raga before teaching myself how produce music,” narrated Dr Clarance.
After school he enrolled for an apprenticeship program with Delta Beverages which he later dropped out because he “knew everything”.
“I then dropped out Delta Beverages technical school because they were teaching me what I already knew. I was now full time in the entertainment. Starting from scratch with King Labash, we used to record 20 songs a day and made hits. I did songs and videos for Madiz, EXQ, Stunner, Pastor Gee, King Shaddy and a lot of Urban Groovers then,” he said.
Dr Clarence said he also at one time worked as editor for popular television soapie Estate Blues.
Below is the letter written by DR Clarence to Dr Mangudya:
Open letter to the Reserve Bank Governor…I might be clumsy because I have autism…… But, I have a gift and my gift is I am a thinker, I know how R.B.Z. is loosing Billions, Bank tellers won’t understand because they are just mere till operators, Accountants and Economists cannot understand it because they studied out of fashion modules written long before the digital revolution. Maybe other Computer Engineers like me can understand. People we look up to wont understand that is why ZImpost in next to extinct yet companies like Fedex, SWIFT and Courier Connect are still in business.
I am not talking about liquidity trap, But i am talking about Database systems, Auditors never question the coding of the database systems used by banks. Anyone can access our banking system from anywhere in the world. One doesn’t need any set of passwords because passwords are useless, Credit cards pin-codes are not for the protection of the account but only protect the card.
In Zimbabwe banks are not stealing money by overcharging bank charges but by using coded scripts. When you check your bank statement you will see that banks keep bank charges the same, but when you check ur withdrawn amount you will see that it is actually higher than you really withdrew. Banker do these crimes by scouting for victims, They look for factors like; does this person ever login to their online banking profile, factors like have they ever requested their bank statements. Ever wonder why most Zimbabwe ATMs dont give you a receipt for your transactions when receipt paper is near to free cheap? What are they hiding?
Every time you make a withdrawal a code intercepts ur transaction to add more money. Like when you want to withdraw 100 bucks the code intercepts your transaction and adds more money, 15usd. the code will request 115us, when the banks system responds, the code also intercepts ur response so that you only take 100us, the remain 15us will be taken later inside the bank.
I will not just give out the information for free or mention clear details,
The RBZ governor should hire me as a consultant…My number is 0773390967

The Rise of Remote Work: How Digital Jobs Are Reshaping the Future of Employment
Remote work has transformed from a temporary trend into a permanent part of the global economy. Millions of employees across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, and Zimbabwe are now working from home or operating fully online businesses. Advances in internet technology, cloud computing, video conferencing platforms, and digital collaboration tools have made it possible for companies to operate efficiently without traditional office spaces.

Before the global shift toward remote work, many businesses believed employees needed to be physically present in offices to remain productive. However, companies quickly discovered that remote teams could often perform just as effectively while reducing operational expenses. Businesses are now saving money on office rent, utilities, transportation allowances, and infrastructure costs. Employees also benefit from flexible schedules, reduced commuting stress, and improved work-life balance.

The technology industry has been one of the biggest drivers of remote employment growth. Software developers, cybersecurity analysts, digital marketers, virtual assistants, content creators, and customer support professionals are among the many workers thriving in online environments. Freelancing platforms and remote job marketplaces are connecting companies with skilled workers from around the world, creating opportunities for talented individuals regardless of location.
rnrn
In Africa, remote work is creating new economic opportunities for young professionals. Many entrepreneurs and freelancers in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Zimbabwe, and South Africa are working with international clients while earning income in foreign currencies. This shift is helping reduce unemployment challenges while supporting digital entrepreneurship and online education initiatives.

Despite its advantages, remote work also presents challenges. Employees sometimes struggle with isolation, distractions at home, and difficulties separating work life from personal life. Businesses must also address cybersecurity risks, communication barriers, and employee engagement concerns. Many organizations are now adopting hybrid work models that combine office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Experts believe remote work will continue growing as internet access improves and digital transformation expands globally. Businesses that adapt successfully to flexible work environments are expected to remain competitive in the modern economy. Workers with digital skills, strong communication abilities, and experience using online collaboration tools are likely to remain in high demand for years to come.

Mental Health Awareness and Emotional Well-Being
Mental health is an important aspect of overall well-being that affects emotions, thoughts, and behavior. Anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional burnout have become increasingly common due to modern lifestyles, financial pressure, social expectations, and digital overload.
rnrn
One major reason mental health awareness has grown is the recognition that emotional well-being affects physical health, relationships, and workplace productivity. Many organizations now provide mental health support programs, counseling services, and wellness initiatives to help employees manage stress effectively.
rnrn
Technology has expanded access to mental health resources through teletherapy platforms, meditation apps, and online counseling services. Social media campaigns and public awareness initiatives are helping reduce stigma and encourage open conversations about mental health challenges.
rnrn
However, barriers such as limited healthcare access, cultural stigma, and financial constraints still prevent many individuals from seeking help. Experts emphasize the importance of supportive communities, education, and professional mental health services in improving emotional well-being.

Mental health awareness continues becoming a global priority as societies recognize the importance of emotional balance and psychological support for overall quality of life.
