The people running the Zimbabwe music industry are either corrupt or have no clue what they are doing. This issue ranges from not helping musicians grow and be successful. The music industrty of Zimbabwe just wants to take from artists rather than reward them. Artist like SoulJah Love contributed a lot to the Industry yet they can no pension his family gets no assistance fro mthe Zimbabwe Music Industry.

Enzo Ishall in 2020 had 7 hit songs his views on youtube are in the top 5 for 2020 by all Zimbabwean musicians, yet Enzo Ishall has not received a single award nomination. In Zimdancehall Enzo is amoung the top 3 artists. Enzo has been consistant ever since he started making music he had made hit after hit and his efforts seem to be appraciated by all Zimbabweans except people running award nomination. To these people stop the corruption and bean consufed. Appreciate our artists while they are alive/
