The Minister of Health and Child Care, Dr Obediah Moyo has confirmed the death of Zororo Makamba, who was the second person to test positive for Covid-19 in Zimbabwe. This follows a day after the ministry claimed that all patients were stable and one of the them on the way to recovery. The ministry is also said to have initially denied that Zororo Makamba was one of the first 3 patients who tested positive for the virus in Zimbabwe. A move which was seen as waiving the patient-doctor confidentiality clause. Zororo is said to have collapsed and died at Wilkins Hospital according to business tycoon, Mutumwa Mawere who first broke the news.
