On Tuesday, 43-year-old Douglas Mutoredzanwa approached Dr Wilson Kurangwa, who was with a patient at the biggest referral hospital.
Mutoredzanwa then grabbed the X-ray film to analyse it. He was holding it upside down.
The bogus doctor then picked two surgical blades, pethidine drugs, three syringes, some cotton wool, two cannula-sensitive tapes and a pair of gloves and left.💉💊🧤
The suspicious Dr Kurangwa raised the alarm with the hospital’s loss control officer, leading to fake doctor Douglas Mutoredzanwa’s arrest.
