A power cut hit the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair in Bulawayo just as industry minister Mangaliso Ndlovu was inviting Vice President Constantino Chiwenga to address a business conference. Power restored after 6 minutes but went off again. Generator kicked in after 10 minutes.
