VP Mohadi was angrily told to "shut up" by VP Chiwenga in the briefing meeting shortly and Collapsed

According to Jealousy Mawarire:

Zanu-PF Vice President, Kembo Mohadi, had a serious verbal altercation with his co-Vice President, Rtd General Constantino Chiwenga, just a few minutes before he was taken sick.

Mohadi fell sick a few minutes after the Presidium briefing which preceded Day 4 of the 23rd Zanu-PF annual National Conference in Chinhoyi.

VP Mohadi was angrily told to "shut up" by VP Chiwenga in the briefing meeting shortly before Day 4 proceedings of the Conference commenced.

Mohadi had protested against Chiwenga's directive to the President that Kudakwashe Tagwirei be called into the presidium briefing to answer to allegations of doling out a total of $3 000 000, being $300k for each of the 10 provinces to mobilize hooligans to boo VP Chiwenga.

Part of the money was also meant to mobilize provincial delegates to push for resolutions to change the party's constitution.

When President Mnangagwa initially resisted the calling of Tagwirei into the Presidium meeting, VP Chiwenga threatened that if Tagwirei was not called into the briefing, Day 4 of the Conference would not go ahead.

It was at that point, when VP Chiwenga threatened to scuttle the day's proceeding, that VP Mohadi confronted the General, demanding that he stopped "directing the President on what to do."

VP Chiwenga then told Mohadi to shut up and insisted that Day 4 of the Conference would not proceed if Tagwirei wasn't called in to explain his $3m 'donation.'

ED gave in and directed a lady from the party's protocol department, which sources identified only as Mai Gamu, to go and call Tagwirei to the meeting.

When Tagwirei came in and was confronted over his murky and nocturnal donations, he initially denied but when the General cornered him, he eventually accepted making the payments, although he claimed the payments were made "only to help fellow Central Committee members."

VP Chiwenga reminded Tagwirei that the President had declared that all donations were supposed to come through the party leadership or the President.

VP Chiwenga then demanded that thematic Committee meetings that were supposed to have commenced today be called off, instructing that they should be held tomorrow (Day 5), on condition that ALL thematic resolutions come to him before they're given to Ziyambi Ziyambi, the party's Legal Affairs Secretary.

VP Chiwenga said he wanted to ascertain whether the resolutions were coming from the PEOPLE freely and that they were not shoved onto them from the top echelons of the party.

He threatened that if that wasn't agreed on, there would be no thematic committee meetings tomorrow.

He further said that if there are no thematic meetings, it follows that there won't be any resolutions to read out at the end of the Conference.

So, ladies and gentlemen, the daggers have been drawn, let's wait to see what happens next!

Cloud Computing Services Helping Businesses Scale Efficiently

The Growing Importance of Cloud Computing

Cloud computing has transformed modern business operations across nearly every industry. Instead of relying solely on expensive physical servers and in-house IT infrastructure, companies now use cloud-based services for data storage, software applications, cybersecurity, and remote collaboration.

Businesses of all sizes are adopting cloud technology because it offers flexibility, scalability, and cost efficiency. Startups can launch operations faster without major hardware investments, while large corporations can scale resources instantly based on demand. In 2026, cloud computing continues driving digital transformation worldwide.

Cloud services allow employees to access systems, files, and applications securely from almost anywhere. This flexibility has become increasingly important as remote work and hybrid business models remain common across many industries.

Key Benefits of Cloud Solutions

One major advantage of cloud computing is cost reduction. Traditional IT infrastructure often requires expensive equipment purchases, maintenance, upgrades, and dedicated staff. Cloud providers handle much of this responsibility, allowing businesses to reduce operational costs.

Scalability is another important benefit. Companies can quickly increase or reduce computing resources depending on business needs. Seasonal businesses, online retailers, and rapidly growing startups especially benefit from this flexibility.

Cloud computing also improves disaster recovery and business continuity. Data backups stored in secure cloud environments help businesses recover quickly from cyberattacks, hardware failures, or natural disasters.

Family Immigration Lawyer: Help With U.S. Family Petitions

rnrn

Family immigration is one of the most common ways people come to the United States or become permanent residents.

rnrn

But family-based immigration is not always quick or simple. The process depends on the petitioner’s status, the family relationship, visa availability, location of the applicant, and immigration history.

rnrn

A family immigration lawyer can help you understand the right path before you file.

rnrn

What Is Family-Based Immigration?

rnrn

Family-based immigration allows certain U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to petition for eligible relatives.

rnrn

Common cases include:

rnrn

Spouse petitions
rnParent petitions
rnChild petitions
rnSibling petitions
rnFiancé visas
rnMarriage green cards

USCIS handles immigration benefit applications and provides forms and filing options for many family-based immigration matters.

rnrn

Who Can Sponsor a Family Member?

rnrn

A U.S. citizen may be able to petition for certain immediate relatives and other family members.

rnrn

The exact category matters because it can affect processing time and visa wait times.

rnrn

Marriage Green Card Cases

Marriage-based immigration is common, but it is carefully reviewed.

rnrn

A family immigration lawyer can help prepare evidence proving the marriage is real, such as:

rnrn

Joint lease
rnJoint bank account
rnInsurance records
rnPhotos
rnTravel records
rnMessages
rnAffidavits
rnTax records
rnShared bills
rnChildren’s birth certificates

rnrn

If the marriage is newer, evidence must be especially organized.

rnrn

Fiancé Visa Lawyer

rnrn

A fiancé visa may allow a U.S. citizen to bring a foreign fiancé to the United States for marriage.

rnrn

This type of case can involve:

rnrn

Proof of relationship
rnProof of intent to marry
rnMeeting requirement evidence
rnConsular interview preparation
rnMedical exam guidance
rnPost-entry marriage timeline
rnAdjustment of status planning

rnrn

A lawyer can explain whether a fiancé visa or marriage-based green card path makes more sense.

rnrn

A lawyer can help with:

rnrn

Birth certificates
rnIdentity documents
rnFinancial sponsorship
rnConsular processing
rnMedical exam steps
rnInterview preparation
rnPrior immigration issue review

rnrn

If a parent has overstayed, entered without inspection, or has past immigration issues, speak with an attorney before filing.

rnrn

Child Petition Lawyer

rnrn

Child immigration cases can involve age, marital status, adoption, stepchildren, custody, and visa category rules.

rnrn

A family immigration lawyer can help identify the correct category and avoid filing errors.

Prior visa overstays
rnUnlawful presence
rnCriminal history
rnPast removal orders
rnPrior marriage issues
rnMissing birth certificates
rnName differences
rnDivorce documentation problems
rnWeak relationship evidence
rnFinancial sponsorship problems
rnPrior immigration fraud concerns

rnrn

These issues do not always mean the case is impossible, but they should be reviewed carefully.

Affidavit of Support

rnrn

Many family immigration cases require a financial sponsor. The sponsor may need to show income or assets.

rnrn

Problems can happen if:

rnrn

Income is too low
rnTax returns are missing
rnHousehold size is miscalculated
rnA joint sponsor is needed
rnEmployment changed
rnDocuments are incomplete

rnrn

A lawyer can help organize the financial sponsorship part of the case.

rnrn

Common RFE topics include:

rnrn

Relationship proof
rnBirth certificate issues
rnMarriage evidence
rnDivorce records

Personal Injury Lawyer Questions Before Hiring

After an accident, choosing a personal injury lawyer can feel overwhelming. You may be dealing with medical appointments, missed work, insurance calls, vehicle repairs, pain, and uncertainty about what happens next. A lawyer can help with claim strategy, evidence, deadlines, negotiations, and litigation, but not every attorney is the right fit for every case.

The first question is experience. Ask whether the attorney has handled cases similar to yours. A car accident case is different from a trucking accident, medical malpractice claim, workplace third-party claim, defective product case, or premises liability case. Similar case experience can help the lawyer understand evidence, expert witnesses, insurance tactics, and likely challenges.

Next, ask who will actually handle the file. In some firms, the lawyer you meet may not be the person managing daily communication. Paralegals, case managers, associates, and investigators may all be involved. That is normal, but you should know who your main contact will be and how often you will receive updates.

Fees are important. Many personal injury lawyers work on a contingency fee, meaning they are paid a percentage of the recovery if money is obtained. Ask what percentage applies, whether it changes if a lawsuit is filed, and how case expenses are handled. Expenses may include filing fees, medical records, depositions, expert witnesses, investigation, and trial exhibits. Ask whether expenses are deducted before or after the attorney fee and whether you owe expenses if there is no recovery.

Ask about the strength and weakness of your case. A trustworthy lawyer should not promise a guaranteed result. They should discuss liability, damages, insurance limits, prior injuries, medical documentation, comparative fault, witness issues, and possible defenses. If a lawyer only tells you what you want to hear, be cautious.

Evidence can determine the outcome of a claim. Ask what evidence should be gathered immediately. This may include accident reports, photographs, video footage, witness statements, medical records, employer wage records, vehicle data, inspection records, maintenance records, or property incident reports. Some evidence can disappear quickly, so early action matters.

Medical treatment is another key topic. Personal injury claims often depend on documented injuries, treatment consistency, diagnosis, prognosis, and how the injury affects daily life. Follow medical advice and keep records of appointments, prescriptions, therapy, restrictions, and out-of-pocket expenses. Do not exaggerate, but do not minimize symptoms either.

Ask how the attorney evaluates settlement offers. A settlement should consider medical bills, future care, lost income, reduced earning capacity, pain and suffering, property damage, permanent impairment, and other legally recognized damages. The exact rules vary by state and case type. The attorney should explain the factors, not just give a quick number.

Timeline is another area to discuss. Some claims settle in months, while others take much longer, especially if injuries are serious or liability is disputed. A lawyer may recommend waiting until you reach maximum medical improvement before settlement so future medical needs are clearer. Settling too early can be risky because you usually release claims permanently.

Communication expectations should be clear. Ask how quickly calls or emails are returned, whether the firm uses a client portal, and what updates you will receive. A good lawyer-client relationship requires trust, responsiveness, and organized documentation.

You should also ask whether the lawyer is prepared to file a lawsuit if necessary. Many cases settle, but the willingness and ability to litigate can affect negotiation leverage. Ask about trial experience, recent results, and how the firm prepares cases.

This article is general information, not legal advice. Personal injury laws, deadlines, damages, and fault rules vary by state. Speak with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction to understand your rights. The best lawyer for your case is someone with relevant experience, clear communication, transparent fees, and a realistic plan for proving your claim.
