Uk based Socialite Asungwa

Hello. I have an issue to expose on your platform about a conman. His name is Russell Masuwa. Based in the UK. He operates a fake shipping services company. He will lure you to trust him to collect items or vehicles on your behalf for shipping to Africa..as soon as you pay him for his so called services he will not deliver. He will disappear and never to be heard from. I only got to know that he us a scammer once I had already engaged his services and had already paid £2480. He has been around doing the same thing to different unsuspecting people for many years now.

He lied that a truck that I wanted to send from the UK to Zimbabwe had a faulty battery. I sent him money. He then lied that storage was due. I sent him money again. Instead of delivering the truck to port as agreed he then ditched the truck and came to Zim from the UK dumping the truck. I had to engage someone else and start the process all over again costing me money and time. He also left a lot of items in the truck which I suspect belong to other people and I sent him a message notifying him that the goods that he loaded in that truck are to be disposed off. He just ignores because he already received money from his clients.

How else can I deal with the situation considering he is based in the UK? Any suggestions? Because I had figured that if I can't recover my money, I might as well make sure he has lost his name as well.

If you have been a victim of Russel, please send a private message so we can explore how to work together to hold him accountable.

Divorce Settlement Agreement: What Should Be Included?

A divorce settlement agreement explains how spouses will divide property, debt, custody, support, and other responsibilities. A clear agreement can help avoid future conflict.

rnrn

The agreement may include division of the marital home, bank accounts, vehicles, retirement accounts, credit card debt, business interests, and personal property.

rnrn

If children are involved, it should include custody, parenting time, child support, healthcare costs, school decisions, and holiday schedules.

rnrn

Spousal support may also be included. The amount and duration depend on income, marriage length, earning ability, and state law.

rnrn

A poorly written agreement can create problems later. It should be specific, realistic, and legally enforceable.

rnrn

Before signing, each spouse should understand the long-term impact. Once approved by the court, changing the agreement may be difficult.

A divorce attorney can review the terms and help protect your interests before the agreement becomes final.

Asbestos Exposure Lawyer: What Workers And Families Should Know

Asbestos was widely used in construction, insulation, shipyards, factories, power plants, automotive products, and military settings. Years later, exposure may lead to mesothelioma, lung cancer, or asbestosis. An asbestos exposure lawyer helps victims seek compensation.

rnrn

People at risk may include construction workers, electricians, plumbers, mechanics, shipyard workers, factory workers, military veterans, and family members exposed through asbestos fibers carried home on clothing.

rnrn

Asbestos claims require proof of exposure. A lawyer may review work history, job sites, product records, union documents, and company records.

rnrn

Many asbestos-related diseases appear decades after exposure. This makes legal investigation important because victims may not remember every product or location involved.

rnrn

Compensation may help with treatment, lost income, pain and suffering, and family support.

rnrn

If asbestos exposure caused illness, victims may have legal rights even if the exposure happened many years ago.
