The woman alleges that she and Mutangadura had been in a romantic relationship since 2023

A Zimbabwean woman has taken to TikTok with an emotional video in which she claims to be six months pregnant with twins fathered by the late businessman Joseph Mutangadura, who was tragically murdered in Ruwa last week.

The woman alleges that she and Mutangadura had been in a romantic relationship since 2023, describing him as “a kind man” who “loved deeply.”

“Ndakasiiwa ndine nhumbu ine 6 months yematwins naVaMutangadura. Takanga tiri pamwe chete kuMeikles Hotel last weekend. Zvino ndarwadziwa…” she said.

In the video, she emotionally thanks God for the things Mutangadura did for her including allegedly building her a house in Madokero, which she claims is now connected to electricity and ready for her to move in this September.

She also shared intimate details of their last weekend together, saying she did not realise it would be their final moments.

The woman went on to make a heartfelt appeal to the Mutangadura family:

“Kana muchigova hupfumi, rangarirai kuti kuna vana vari kuuya. Ndakatakura mukomana nemusikana. Muna November ndinenge ndichizvara.”

As the family prepares to settle the estate of the late businessman, the woman is calling for recognition of her unborn twins in the distribution of assets such as cattle and property.

This revelation has sparked mixed reactions online, with some questioning the timing and others expressing sympathy. The Mutangadura family has not yet issued an official response regarding these claims.
