Investigative journalist Maynard Manyowa has revealed that a group of soldiers was deployed to barricade Wicknell Chivayo’s mansion in Gletwin, Harare, hours after Chivayo and his wife, Lulu, died in a helicopter crash.
According to Manyowa, the soldiers were deployed to “ensure the loot at his place doesn’t get nicked.”
Manyowa also claimed that the Tanzanian President offered to send her personal aides to help secure the property.
The claims may explain why Chivayo and Lulu’s funeral proceedings were moved to a relative’s house instead of being held at the couple’s Gletwin mansion. There is evidence there millions, documents, diamonds that the public mustn't seeHe went in gabbage bags as the gabbage he wasKana ma ballot papers e last election anogona ariko ikokoThe first question is experience. Ask whether the attorney has handled cases similar to yours. A car accident case is different from a trucking accident, medical malpractice claim, workplace third-party claim, defective product case, or premises liability case. Similar case experience can help the lawyer understand evidence, expert witnesses, insurance tactics, and likely challenges.
Next, ask who will actually handle the file. In some firms, the lawyer you meet may not be the person managing daily communication. Paralegals, case managers, associates, and investigators may all be involved. That is normal, but you should know who your main contact will be and how often you will receive updates.
Fees are important. Many personal injury lawyers work on a contingency fee, meaning they are paid a percentage of the recovery if money is obtained. Ask what percentage applies, whether it changes if a lawsuit is filed, and how case expenses are handled. Expenses may include filing fees, medical records, depositions, expert witnesses, investigation, and trial exhibits. Ask whether expenses are deducted before or after the attorney fee and whether you owe expenses if there is no recovery.
Ask about the strength and weakness of your case. A trustworthy lawyer should not promise a guaranteed result. They should discuss liability, damages, insurance limits, prior injuries, medical documentation, comparative fault, witness issues, and possible defenses. If a lawyer only tells you what you want to hear, be cautious.
Evidence can determine the outcome of a claim. Ask what evidence should be gathered immediately. This may include accident reports, photographs, video footage, witness statements, medical records, employer wage records, vehicle data, inspection records, maintenance records, or property incident reports. Some evidence can disappear quickly, so early action matters.

Debt Consolidation Loans: Are They Worth It?
Debt can become overwhelming when you are juggling multiple credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, and high-interest payments. A debt consolidation loan may help simplify your finances by combining several debts into one monthly payment.
rnrn
The main goal of debt consolidation is to get a lower interest rate, reduce payment stress, and create a clearer payoff plan. Instead of making several payments to different lenders, you make one payment to one lender.
rnrn
Debt consolidation may be worth it if you qualify for a lower interest rate than what you are currently paying. This is especially helpful for credit card debt, which often has high interest rates.
rnrn
However, debt consolidation is not magic. It does not erase your debt. It only restructures it. If you continue using credit cards after consolidating, you may end up with even more debt.
rnrn
Before applying, check the loan’s interest rate, fees, repayment term, monthly payment, and total cost. A lower monthly payment may sound good, but if the loan term is much longer, you may pay more interest over time.
rnrn
Your credit score affects your options. People with strong credit usually qualify for better rates. If your credit score is low, you may receive high-interest offers that do not actually save money.
rnrn
Debt consolidation can also help your credit if you make payments on time and reduce credit card balances. But missing payments can damage your credit further.
rnrn
Other options may include credit counseling, balance transfer cards, debt management plans, or budgeting changes.
rnrn
A debt consolidation loan is worth considering if it lowers your interest, creates a realistic payoff plan, and helps you stop relying on credit cards.
rnrn
The key is discipline. Consolidation works best when you combine it with better spending habits and a serious plan to become debt-free.
