Ruwa, Zimbabwe - A Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) officer has been implicated in the alleged assault and death of a 30-year-old man.
According to reports, Constable Prince Ndavambi, stationed at Ruwa Police Station, allegedly assaulted and demanded a bribe from Blessed Believe Juruvenge and his sister, Melisa Manyepa, on May 27, 2025. Despite Juruvenge's deteriorating condition, Constable Ndavambi continued to assault him and failed to provide prompt medical attention, leading to his death at Ruwa Rehabilitation Centre.
