President Mnangagwa Has Expelled Blessed Geza From ZanuPF For Challenging Vision 2030

Zanu PF has expelled Blessed Geza, a prominent central committee member and war veteran, following his controversial statement regarding President Emmerson Mnangagwa.

The expulsion was announced during a gathering of the Zanu PF provincial leadership in Mashonaland West, marking a significant development in the ruling party's internal affairs.

Geza, a long-standing member of the party, sparked outrage last month when he declared, "The only 2030 President Mnangagwa will see is half past eight on the clock." The remark, widely interpreted as a veiled critique of Mnangagwa's leadership and political future, drew swift condemnation from senior party officials and loyalists.

The Mashonaland West meeting, attended by top provincial leaders, concluded with a unanimous decision to expel Geza for what was described as "conduct unbecoming of a party member and actions aimed at undermining the unity and leadership of Zanu PF." The decision underscores the party's zero-tolerance approach to dissent, particularly as it prepares for the 2030 general elections.
