​Panashe Mwinga, a new graduate from Chinhoyi University of Technology, has tragically passed away in a car accident just one day after her graduation.
​Mwimga, who had just earned her Bachelor's Degree in Visual and Communication Multimedia, was reportedly traveling home with her family when their vehicle was involved in an accident near the Gwebi River on
August 28, 2025.
​She was rushed to Parirenyatwa Hospital but unfortunately did not survive. The news of her death has left friends, family, and the wider community in shock and mourning, as they remember a young woman with a promising future ahead of her.
