My Voice Was Cloned VP Kembo Mohadi Denies Sexual Misconduct Allegations

Vice President Kembo Mohadi has furiously denied sexual misconduct allegations against him following the release of a series of audios in which he is purportedly asking for sexual favours from his subordinates, who include married women.

At a press conference held on Wednesday, the Vice President said that the allegations levelled against him are false and part of a well-orchestrated plot to demean and soil his image. Mohadi said that the audio clips which are currently circulating on social media are a result of “voice cloning,” and that he is an innocent victim of “political machinations.” Curiously in the same statement, the Vice President said that his private communications have been hacked.

Mohadi also insisted that he is not going to step down from his post as Vice President following a public outcry by some women’s group over his shenanigans. He said that nothing is going to move him and that only President Emmerson Mnangagwa can determine his future.

Below is the statement by Vice President Kembo Mohadi denying the allegations which zimbolivenews is publishing in its entirety.

A PRESS STATEMENT TO THE NATION

BY THE HONOURABLE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ZIMBABWE KEMBO C.D. MOHADI

Greetings to you the citizens of this Great Nation I begin by extending my great appreciation to the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe Cde E D Mnangagwa for entrusting me with the huge responsibility to deputise him under the new dispensation

Fellow Zimbabweans, following the recent social media hype about my alleged illicit relationship with two married women, I have decided to come open and respond to the allegations being peddled by my detractors. Despite growing impatient because of days of weird character assassination, I wish to categorically state that the allegations being levelled against me are not only false, but well-choreographed to demean, condescend, and soil my image as a national leader and patriot.

I am aware that my right to privacy has been trashed in terms of Section 57 (d) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment (No 20) Act 2013, which reads as follows. “every person has the right to privacy, which includes the right not to have the privacy of their communications infringed…” Despite the noisy (sic) in digital media ecologies, I wish to clearly state that I am innocent and a victim of political machinations being peddled through hacking and voice cloning.

Fellow Zimbabweans, despite the density of the allegations being levelled against me, I salute the support from fellow citizens, colleagues and comrades who fully grasped the rigid complexities of concocted enemy attacks. It is against this backdrop that I am categorically distancing myself from the imagined immoral unions.

The camaraderie and support given to me during this trying hour is greatly appreciated. That these faceless netizens have blended well-networked digital architecture to reengineer the spaces for political demonization, will not dampen my spirit as a tried and tested cadre.

I remain a committed leader, father, cadre and servant of this Great Nation.

I thank you.

Yours Comradely

Kembo C. D Mohadi

Child Custody Lawyer: Protecting Parenting Rights During Divorce

rnrn

When children are involved, divorce becomes more than a financial separation. It becomes a parenting transition.

rnrn

A child custody lawyer helps parents create parenting plans, resolve custody disputes, protect parental rights, and focus on the child’s best interests.

rnrn

Custody laws vary by state, but courts generally want arrangements that support the child’s safety, stability, and well-being.

rnrn

What Is Child Custody?

rnrn

Child custody may involve two major parts.

rnrn

Legal Custody

rnrn

Legal custody involves decision-making authority for important matters such as:

rnrn

Education
rnHealth care
rnReligion
rnMajor activities
rnMedical treatment
rnSchool choice

rnrn

Physical Custody

rnrn

Physical custody involves where the child lives and how parenting time is shared.

rnrn

States may use different terms, such as custody, parenting time, visitation, conservatorship, or parental responsibility.

rnrn

What Does a Child Custody Lawyer Do?

rnrn

A custody lawyer may help with:

rnrn

Parenting plans
rnTemporary custody orders
rnVisitation schedules
rnChild support issues
rnRelocation disputes
rnEmergency custody requests
rnModification requests
rnMediation
rnCourt hearings
rnEvidence preparation
rnDomestic violence concerns
rnEnforcement of custody orders

rnrn

Custody cases require strategy, documentation, and emotional discipline.

rnrn

What Is a Parenting Plan?

rnrn

A parenting plan is a written agreement or court order explaining how parents will share time and responsibilities.

rnrn

It may include:

rnrn

Regular weekly schedule
rnHoliday schedule
rnSummer break schedule
rnSchool transportation
rnExchange location
rnCommunication rules
rnDecision-making authority
rnPhone or video contact
rnTravel rules
rnRight of first refusal

rnrn

A clear plan reduces future conflict.

rnrn

Factors Courts May Consider

rnrn

Each state has its own standards, but courts may consider factors such as:

rnrn

Child’s age
rnChild’s needs
rnStability
rnSchool situation
rnParent-child relationship
rnHistory of caregiving
rnSafety concerns
rnDomestic violence
rnSubstance abuse
rnMental health concerns

rnrn

How to Prepare for a Custody Case

rnrn

Helpful steps include:

rnrn

Keep a parenting calendar
rnSave school records
rnDocument medical appointments
rnKeep communication respectful
rnFollow temporary orders
rnAttend activities when possible
rnAvoid negative posts online
rnAvoid speaking badly about the other parent to the child
rnFocus on the child’s routine
rnGather relevant evidence

rnrn

Judges often care about which parent supports stability and responsible co-parenting.

rnrn

Mistakes to Avoid in Custody Cases

rnrn

Avoid:

rnrn

Using children as messengers
rnWithholding visitation without legal grounds
rnIgnoring court orders
rnSending angry texts
rnPosting about the case online
rnRefusing reasonable communication
rnMoving without legal advice
rnMaking false accusations
rnMissing school or medical responsibilities

rnrn

Custody cases are often influenced by behavior.

rnrn

Custody Mediation

rnrn

Many courts encourage or require mediation before a custody trial.

rnrn

Mediation may help parents resolve:

rnrn

Parenting schedules
rnHoliday time
rnTransportation
rnCommunication
rnExtracurricular activities
rnDecision-making
rnTravel

rnrn

A lawyer can help you prepare before mediation so you do not agree to terms that do not work long-term.

rnrn

Final Thoughts

rnrn

A child custody lawyer can help protect your relationship with your child during one of the most stressful times in family life.

rnrn

The strongest custody strategy is not revenge. It is preparation, stability, and a child-focused plan.

rnrn

Before agreeing to custody terms, understand your rights and how the order may affect your family for years.

Cybersecurity Threats in the Digital Age

Cybersecurity has become one of the most important concerns in the modern digital world. Businesses, governments, and individuals increasingly rely on online systems for communication, banking, shopping, and data storage. As technology advances, cybercriminals continue developing sophisticated methods to steal information, disrupt systems, and commit financial fraud.

rnrn

Common cybersecurity threats include phishing attacks, ransomware, identity theft, malware infections, and data breaches. Hackers often target businesses and individuals through deceptive emails, malicious websites, and weak passwords. Financial institutions, healthcare systems, and government agencies are especially vulnerable because they store sensitive personal and financial information.

rnrn

Organizations are investing heavily in cybersecurity systems to protect digital infrastructure and customer data. Firewalls, encryption technologies, antivirus software, and multi-factor authentication tools help reduce security risks. Employee training is also essential because human error remains one of the leading causes of cyber incidents.

rnrn

Artificial intelligence is increasingly being used to improve cybersecurity defense systems. AI-powered tools can monitor networks, detect unusual activity, and respond to threats faster than traditional methods. However, cybercriminals are also using advanced technology to launch more complex attacks, creating an ongoing digital security battle.

rnrn

Experts believe cybersecurity education and public awareness will become even more important as internet usage and digital transactions continue growing worldwide. Protecting personal information and online privacy remains essential in the rapidly evolving digital economy.
