Maitt Mhosva Hairove Magistrate Vagona Ava Ndokuziva Basa Ka Uku Verengai Zvizere Zvese Zvaitika MuCourt Nhasi

Magistrate Chibanda has called Mai Tt to the stand for clarification and Confirm whether she knew that she was convicted on 21 October 2015 and was aware of being ordered to perform community service or not.MAI TT SENTENCING

Magistrate Munashe Chibanda is now dealing with the warrant of arrest that was issued against Murata for defaulting community service.

Lawyer Masango: The warrant of arrest was never brought to her attention. She wasn’t aware that there was a warrant of arrest against her. What I noted from the record was that there was a movement from the initial order to perform community service and Glen View Poly Clinic to

Budiriro. She had raised issues that she was being abused at Glen View Poly Clinic and was changed to Budiriro office. There’s no evidence as to what happened. This case happened when she was 30 years old in 2015, and there was no follow up.

The accused is a socialite and a very popular person and whoever was holding on to the record could have contacted her could have easily contacted her. We pray that the warrant of arrest be cancelled.

May she or pardoned for that lost of memory because even the state, as the custodians of the record were not aware of it due to the passage of time.

Prosecutor Monalisa Magwenzi: State prays that the warrant of arrest be confirmed. She was sentenced in person and she was aware that she had to perform 105 hours of community service but she only performed 19 hours then stopped.

She made no inquiries of the remaining hours for continuous 8 years. She has avoided the question whether she committed the community service. It was her duty to follow up.

She has shown that she is dishonest and untrustworthy as she was insisting that she had never been convicted. She wasted the court’s time and we had to go through 8 years worth of records to find the record. We submit that the default was willful.

She didn’t default today, she defaulted 8 years ago and she can’t claim that she forgot that she had community service hours to perform. May the warrant be confirmed.

Best Business Liability Insurance Plans for Small Companies in 2026

Why Business Liability Insurance Is Essential for Modern Businesses

rnrn

Running a successful business in today’s economy requires more than just excellent products and customer service. Every company, whether small or large, faces financial risks that can appear unexpectedly. From customer injuries to lawsuits and property damage claims, one legal issue can create major financial problems for a business that lacks proper insurance coverage. This is why business liability insurance has become one of the most important investments for entrepreneurs and growing companies in 2026.

rnrn

Business liability insurance protects companies against legal costs, medical expenses, settlements, and damages that may arise during normal operations. Many small business owners mistakenly believe lawsuits only happen to large corporations, but statistics show that small businesses are frequently targeted because they often have fewer legal protections and financial reserves. Even a simple customer accident inside a retail store or office can lead to thousands of dollars in legal expenses.

rnrn

Today’s business environment is also becoming more complex due to cybersecurity threats, online transactions, and remote work operations. Companies now need broader protection that covers both physical and digital risks. Modern insurance providers are responding by offering customized commercial insurance solutions designed specifically for different industries such as healthcare, construction, eCommerce, consulting, and technology services.

rnrn

Understanding the Different Types of Business Liability Insurance

rnrn

One of the most important steps when selecting coverage is understanding the different types of liability insurance available. Many companies require multiple forms of protection to reduce overall business risk effectively.

rnrn

General Liability Insurance

rnrn

General liability insurance is considered the foundation of business protection. It covers common risks including bodily injury claims, customer accidents, property damage, and advertising-related disputes. For example, if a customer slips and falls inside a business location, general liability insurance can help cover medical expenses and legal fees.

rnrn

This type of insurance is especially important for retail stores, restaurants, contractors, and businesses that interact directly with the public. Without adequate coverage, a single lawsuit could severely damage a company financially.

rnrn

Professional Liability Insurance

rnrn

Professional liability insurance, also called errors and omissions insurance, protects businesses that provide professional services or advice. Consultants, accountants, real estate agents, healthcare providers, and marketing agencies commonly use this type of coverage.

rnrn

If a client claims that poor advice, negligence, or mistakes caused financial losses, professional liability insurance helps cover legal defense costs and settlements. In today’s highly competitive environment, even minor misunderstandings can result in expensive legal disputes.

rnrn

Cyber Liability Insurance

rnrn

Cybersecurity threats continue increasing globally, making cyber liability insurance one of the fastest-growing insurance sectors. Businesses now store large amounts of customer data online, including payment details, personal information, and confidential business records.

rnrn

Cyber liability coverage helps businesses recover from data breaches, ransomware attacks, and hacking incidents. Coverage often includes legal support, customer notification expenses, forensic investigations, and reputation management services. As cybercrime becomes more advanced, many businesses now consider cyber insurance just as important as traditional liability protection.

rnrn

Factors Businesses Should Consider Before Choosing a Policy

rnrn

Selecting the right insurance policy requires careful comparison and planning. Many business owners focus only on monthly premium costs, but several other factors are equally important when evaluating coverage options.

rnrn

Coverage Limits

rnrn

Coverage limits determine the maximum amount an insurance company will pay for a claim. Businesses should ensure their limits are high enough to protect against worst-case scenarios. Companies operating in high-risk industries may require larger coverage amounts to avoid financial exposure.

rnrn

Deductibles

rnrn

Deductibles represent the amount a business must pay before insurance coverage begins. Policies with lower deductibles often have higher monthly premiums, while higher deductibles reduce monthly costs but increase out-of-pocket expenses during claims.

rnrn

Industry-Specific Risks

rnrn

Every industry faces different risks. A construction company may need strong worker injury and property damage protection, while an online business may prioritize cybersecurity and data protection coverage. Understanding industry-specific risks helps companies select the most effective insurance plan.

rnrn

Insurance Provider Reputation

rnrn

Businesses should research insurance providers carefully before purchasing coverage. Reading customer reviews, evaluating claim response times, and checking financial strength ratings can help companies avoid unreliable insurers. Fast claims processing and excellent customer support are extremely important during emergencies.

rnrn

Benefits of Bundled Commercial Insurance Packages

rnrn

Many insurance providers now offer bundled commercial insurance packages designed to simplify business protection. These packages combine multiple policies into one plan, often reducing overall costs while improving convenience.

rnrn

For example, a business owner may combine:

rnrn
    rn
  • General liability insurance
  • rn
  • Commercial property insurance
  • rn
  • Workers compensation coverage
  • rn
  • Cyber liability insurance
  • rn
  • Commercial auto insurance
  • rn
rnrn

Bundled packages allow businesses to manage all insurance needs under one provider while reducing administrative complexity. Some insurers also offer discounts for businesses that bundle multiple policies together.

rnrn

How Insurance Helps Businesses Grow Safely

rnrn

Strong insurance protection does more than reduce financial risk. It also helps businesses grow confidently. Investors, lenders, and business partners often prefer working with insured companies because proper coverage demonstrates professionalism and responsible management.

rnrn

Some clients and government contracts even require businesses to carry minimum liability insurance before agreements can be signed. Having proper coverage can therefore create additional growth opportunities and improve business credibility.

rnrn

Insurance also provides peace of mind for business owners and employees. Knowing the company has financial protection during unexpected situations allows management teams to focus more on innovation, customer service, and long-term expansion strategies.

rnrn

Final Thoughts

rnrn

Business liability insurance remains one of the smartest investments companies can make in 2026. With legal risks, cybersecurity threats, and financial uncertainties continuing to rise, businesses must take proactive steps to protect their operations and future growth.

rnrn

Choosing the right combination of general liability, professional liability, and cyber liability insurance can help businesses avoid devastating financial losses while building long-term stability. By carefully comparing providers, understanding coverage options, and reviewing policies regularly, companies can create strong protection strategies that support both security and business success.

Deportation Defense Lawyer: What to Do If You Receive a Notice to Appear

Deportation Defense Lawyer: What to Do If You Receive a Notice to Appear

rnrn

Receiving a Notice to Appear can be frightening. It means the government is starting removal proceedings against you in immigration court.

rnrn

But a Notice to Appear is not automatically a final deportation order.

rnrn

It is the beginning of a legal process. What you do next matters.

rnrn

A deportation defense lawyer can help you understand the charges, review possible defenses, prepare evidence, and represent you before an immigration judge.

rnrn

What Is a Notice to Appear?

rnrn

A Notice to Appear, often called an NTA, is a charging document used in immigration court. It explains why the government believes a noncitizen may be removable from the United States.

rnrn

EOIR explains that at an immigration court hearing, the judge may ask whether the allegations are true and whether you agree with the charges. If there is an error in the Notice to Appear, you must tell the immigration judge.

rnrn

Why You Should Take an NTA Seriously

rnrn

An NTA can lead to removal proceedings. If you miss a hearing, the immigration judge may order removal in your absence.

rnrn

You should immediately:

rnrn

Read the Notice to Appear carefully
rnCheck your name and address
rnReview the allegations
rnLook for hearing information
rnKeep every document
rnUpdate your address if you move
rnConsult an immigration lawyer quickly

rnrn

The official ICE Notice to Appear form warns that people in proceedings must notify immigration court and DHS immediately if their address or phone number changes, using Form EOIR-33.

rnrn

What Does a Deportation Defense Lawyer Do?

rnrn

A deportation defense lawyer may help with:

rnrn

Reviewing the NTA
rnChecking for errors
rnExplaining the charges
rnIdentifying defenses
rnPreparing court filings
rnRepresenting you at hearings
rnApplying for relief from removal
rnGathering evidence
rnPreparing witness statements
rnFiling motions
rnAppealing decisions

rnrn

Immigration court is serious. Having a lawyer can help you avoid mistakes that may harm your case.

rnrn

Possible Defenses in Removal Proceedings

rnrn

Every case is different, but possible options may include:

rnrn

Asylum
rnWithholding of removal
rnProtection under the Convention Against Torture
rnCancellation of removal
rnAdjustment of status
rnVoluntary departure
rnWaivers
rnTermination of proceedings
rnMotions to reopen
rnAppeals

rnrn

A lawyer can review whether any of these options apply.

rnrn

Common Reasons People Face Removal Proceedings

rnrn

A person may be placed in removal proceedings for reasons such as:

rnrn

Visa overstay
rnUnlawful entry
rnCriminal conviction
rnViolation of visa terms
rnDenied immigration application
rnAlleged fraud or misrepresentation
rnLoss of lawful status
rnPrior removal order

rnrn

Some cases are more defensible than others. The facts matter.

rnrn

What Happens in Immigration Court?

rnrn

Immigration court cases usually involve several stages.

rnrn

Master Calendar Hearing

rnrn

This is often the first hearing. The judge may review the charges, confirm your information, ask about representation, and set deadlines.

rnrn

Individual Hearing

rnrn

This is the trial-like hearing where evidence and testimony may be presented.

rnrn

Judge’s Decision

rnrn

The immigration judge may grant relief, deny relief, order removal, or issue another ruling depending on the case.

rnrn

Appeal

rnrn

Some cases may be appealed to the Board of Immigration Appeals.

rnrn

Why Deadlines Matter

rnrn

Immigration court deadlines are strict. Missing a filing deadline can damage your case.

rnrn

Deadlines may involve:

rnrn

Applications for relief
rnEvidence submission
rnWitness lists
rnBriefs
rnMotions
rnAppeals
rnAddress updates

rnrn

Do not wait until the last minute to seek help.

rnrn

How to Choose a Deportation Defense Lawyer

rnrn

Look for an attorney who:

rnrn

Handles immigration court cases
rnUnderstands removal defense
rnHas experience with your type of case
rnCommunicates clearly
rnExplains risks honestly
rnPrepares thoroughly
rnProvides a written fee agreement

rnrn

Not every immigration lawyer regularly appears in court. Ask directly.

rnrn

What to Bring to a Consultation

rnrn

Bring:

rnrn

Notice to Appear
rnHearing notices
rnPassport
rnVisa records
rnGreen card, if any
rnWork permit, if any
rnPrior USCIS filings
rnCriminal court records
rnImmigration notices
rnMarriage or family documents
rnProof of residence
rnEvidence of hardship
rnCountry condition evidence, if relevant

rnrn

The more complete your documents, the better an attorney can evaluate your case.

rnrn

Final Thoughts

rnrn

A Notice to Appear should never be ignored. It is not a final deportation order, but it is a serious legal warning.

rnrn

A deportation defense lawyer can help you understand the charges, meet deadlines, prepare evidence, and fight for available relief.

rnrn

When immigration court is involved, quick action can make a major difference.
