Machakaire Abatwa Ne Police

The Kwekwe Magistrates’ Court has convicted and sentenced Samson Machakaire (35) to four months in prison for an act of public indecency that shocked residents of the Midlands mining town.

According to court proceedings, the incident occurred on 16 September 2025 at around 7:00 AM when a domestic worker, while sweeping her employer’s yard, noticed Machakaire masturbating while staring at her. Terrified, the victim ran inside and alerted her employer, who immediately contacted the police, leading to the offender’s arrest.Magistrates described Machakaire’s conduct as “disturbing and unacceptable,” adding that it warranted a custodial sentence to deter similar offences.

He will, however, serve an effective two months in jail, after the remaining two months were suspended for five years on condition of good behaviour.

Residents in Kwekwe have since expressed outrage and called for stronger penalties against acts of public sexu...al misconduct.

Commercial Solar Financing for Businesses

Commercial Solar Financing: A Guide for Businesses

Businesses are looking for ways to reduce energy costs and improve long-term savings. Commercial solar financing helps companies install solar panels without paying the full project cost upfront.

Options may include solar loans, leases, power purchase agreements, and cash purchases.

Benefits of Business Solar Panels

Business solar panels can reduce electricity bills, improve energy independence, and create predictable long-term energy costs. Solar may be especially useful for businesses with high daytime electricity usage.

Solar Tax Incentives

Businesses may qualify for solar tax credits, depreciation benefits, state incentives, or utility rebates. These incentives can reduce the overall cost of a solar project.

What to Review

Before choosing commercial solar panels, businesses should review roof condition, energy usage, financing terms, maintenance, projected savings, and payback period.

Conclusion

Commercial solar financing can make solar energy more affordable for businesses. With the right structure, solar may reduce operating costs and improve long-term financial planning.

Losing a loved one to mesothelioma is heartbreaking. Families may be left with medical bills, funeral costs, lost income, grief, and unanswered questions about where asbestos exposure happened.

What Is a Mesothelioma Wrongful Death Claim?

In mesothelioma cases, the claim usually alleges that asbestos exposure caused the disease and that companies failed to warn or protect people from asbestos dangers.

rnrn

Who Can File?

rnrn

Depending on state law, eligible parties may include:

rnrn

Spouse
rnChildren
rnParents
rnEstate representative
rnPersonal representative
rnOther dependents or heirs

rnrn

A lawyer can explain who has authority to file in your state.

rnrn

What Damages May Be Available?

rnrn

A wrongful death claim may seek compensation for:

rnrn

Medical expenses before death
rnFuneral expenses
rnBurial costs
rnLost income
rnLoss of financial support
rnLoss of companionship
rnPain and suffering, where allowed
rnLoss of household services
rnFamily emotional losses

rnWork history
rnMilitary records
rnExposure history
rnMarriage certificate

rnrn

A family may still have legal options even if the patient did not file a lawsuit while alive.

rnrn

However, deadlines may be short. The statute of limitations may run from the date of death or another date depending on state law.

rnLegal deadlines may expire
rnTrust rules may change
rnMedical records may take time to obtain

rnrn
