In a profound loss that has left the African media landscape reeling, Jonisayi "Warchild" Maromo, a trailblazing journalist and co-founder of the African Media and Communicatiobns Forum, passed away in the early hours of Tuesday at Mutare Hospital in Zimbabwe following a period of illness, as confirmed by his devoted wife Aldrine Maromo, marking the end of an era for a man who dedicated his life to amplifying authentic
