It isn't professional; it is a sadistic "fixing" exercise meted out by rogue instructors who have forgotten their humanity.
Tragically, this institutional cruelty has now claimed a life.
We have lost a brother. A dedicated detective who served his country with honor, a loving father, a devoted family man, and a primary breadwinner. He simply could not stand the degrading, unprofessional abuse taking place at the Ntabazinduna training depot. Pushed to his absolute physical and mental limits by this sheer ill-treatment, he ultimately left to head back home. Shockingly, painfully, we learned this morning that he passed away while driving back to his station—his body and spirit exhausted by the ordeal.
