PLEASE SHARE ? | ? REWARD: US$150 ?

Hi. I am looking for a woman named Chikomborero Charuma (33), suspected of stealing a vehicle. S Waterfalls, and her last known address is Bradfield Road, Waterfalls. I have attached pictures of the vehicle and her driver’s licence.

She was given the vehicle (a Mazda Flair, registration number AHO0917) at the end of February to use as an inDrive driver. For the first three weeks, everything was fine. However, towards the end of March, she began giving excuses. I asked her to return and park the car, but instead she blocked me and has not been reachable since.

Unfortunately, the car does not have a tracker. She has disappeared with the vehicle, and it has now been reported stolen. I also do not have a picture of this lady. The only thing I have is her driver's license and proof of residence.

The matter was reported at Waterfalls Police Station, near where she collected the car. The case number is CR/164/04/26. It has now been over 4 weeks.

There is a reward of US$150 for any information that helps locate her. If the car is recovered, I am willing to offer more.

Contact: 071 429 4627

You can also report to your nearest police station.

We suspect the vehicle is being used at night.

rnrn

Losing a loved one because of another person’s negligence is devastating. Families are left with grief, financial pressure, funeral costs, unanswered questions, and a future that suddenly looks different.

rnrn

A wrongful death lawyer helps families pursue legal claims when a death was caused by negligence, recklessness, or wrongful conduct.

rnrn

This type of case is not just about money. It is about accountability, financial stability, and answers.

rnrn

rnrn

Once a settlement is signed, the family may give up the right to pursue additional compensation.

rnrn

Final Thoughts

rnrn

A wrongful death lawyer can help families seek answers and accountability after a preventable death.

rnrn

If your family lost someone because of negligence, speak with a qualified attorney before important deadlines pass.

Best Mortgage Refinance Companies for Homeowners With Equity

rn
rn

Mortgage refinancing activity is rising again in 2026.

rnrn

Homeowners with strong equity positions are searching for ways to lower payments, reduce interest costs, or access cash for major expenses.

rnrn

But refinancing is not always automatically smart.

rnrn

The details matter.

rnrn

Why Homeowners Refinance

rnrn

People refinance for several reasons.

rnrn

These include:

rnrn
    rn
  • Lower interest rates
  • rn
  • Debt consolidation
  • rn
  • Home renovations
  • rn
  • Cash-out refinancing
  • rn
  • Shorter loan terms
  • rn
rnrn

The right refinance strategy depends heavily on financial goals.

rnrn

What Lenders Evaluate

rnrn

Mortgage refinance companies usually review:

rnrn
    rn
  • Credit scores
  • rn
  • Home equity
  • rn
  • Debt-to-income ratios
  • rn
  • Employment history
  • rn
  • Property value
  • rn
rnrn

Borrowers with strong equity often qualify for better rates.

rnrn

Risks of Refinancing

rnrn

Refinancing can create problems if borrowers ignore:

rnrn
    rn
  • Closing costs
  • rn
  • Extended loan terms
  • rn
  • Adjustable-rate risks
  • rn
  • Reduced home equity
  • rn
rnrn

Lower monthly payments do not always mean lower long-term costs.

rnrn

Final Takeaway

rnrn

The best mortgage refinance companies help borrowers balance interest savings, long-term financial goals, and loan flexibility.

rnrn

A refinance should improve financial stability instead of creating new debt pressure.

rnrn
