Does the bus belong to ED? Was he instructed to carry 105 passengers by ED. The driver decided to overload . Why do we politicise everything nhai ?There's no rule of law in Zimbabwe from top to bottom. ED is responsible so as the driver, the police for receiving bribes at road blocks allowing drivers to overload. There's no order in Zimbabwe period.
