The 21-year-old woman was lured by two men, one called Anthony and another who was not identified, to come to the Harare CBD.

The two claimed she was being invited for a job interview to fill the vacancy of an accountant. The three agreed to meet in the Harare CBD at around 3pm.Antony and his counterpart were in a silver Honda Fit which was parked at the corner of Robson Manyika and Angwa Street.

She got into the vehicle and sat together with Antony.

Antony ordered his counterpart to drive towards Chitungwiza while the two would discuss the ‘‘job’’ offer.

Along Seke Road, Antony ordered the woman to surrender her iPhone and the US$2, which was in her wallet, and the two took turns to r...ape her without protection in a parked car.They dumped her after the act.

Harare provincial police spokesperson Inspector Luckmore Chakanza confirmed the case.

“Police are investigating a ra..pe and robbery case. The complainant was referred to Parirenyatwa Hospital for medical examinations,” said Insp Chakanza.We failed when we mocked Mai Jeremaya … we may witness a lot of these in the near future….

I believe ZRP will deal with the perpetrators soon
