Temba Mliswa Has Been Arrested During Presser Norton legislator Temba Mliswa was arrested Thursday while having a press conference at his Borrowdale home in Harare. It is unclear what the charge is. The Harare City Council has given an ultimatum to all illegal tuckshop owners across town to remove their structures before February 18. This move is in line with the council’s initiative to curb the spread of Covid-19.
